21 Days of Fitness

The main idea behind 21 Days of Fitness is to reach a goal of 10,000 steps per day and get you stronger, fitter, and healthier. 

We have hectic schedules filled with stress and to cope with the pressure we need to be fit. 10,000 steps a day is an easy activity for all fitness levels and ages.

Two main rule
1: Reach a goal of 10000 steps per day
2: Tweet your progress every day with the #21daysoffitness

We all know that every day comes up with some challenges, so there are two cheat days for me(Monday and Wednesday). In these two days, I will try to meet the goal, but if I am not able to achieve, I will not regret it.
